Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions to supervisor immediately
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Reliable transportation to North Austin location
- Flexible availability for morning/afternoon shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
