Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to/from shipping vehicles.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to meet throughput goals.
- Perform regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily production targets are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
