Responsibilities
- Load/unload freight using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Sort and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouses
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Complete daily paperwork and digital reporting tasks
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Reliable transportation to Baltimore work sites
