Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely (certification provided)
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Support loading/unloading of trucks with proper material handling techniques
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Valid driver's license and clean background check (mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Reliable transportation to South Boston facility
- Availability for morning/afternoon shifts (4-8 hour shifts)
