Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package inventory items for shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanning devices
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during loading/unloading operations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Keep work area clean and organized to maximize efficiency
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system operation
- Valid government-issued photo ID and social security card
- Reliable transportation to Tremont Street location
- Availability to work early morning shifts (5 AM - 1 PM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
