Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in warehouse zones
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to Commerce Blvd location
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (early mornings/weekends)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
