Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily production targets
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Assist with loading/unloading of delivery trucks
- Participate in regular warehouse maintenance and organization activities
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid government-issued photo ID and Social Security card
- Reliable transportation to the 2200 N Tryon St location
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
