Responsibilities
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures
- Complete daily inventory counts and reports
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to Cleveland location
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
