Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package daily shipments using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled facility
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Complete paperwork and digital logging of inventory movements
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs consistently with proper technique
- Valid government-issued photo ID and SSN for immediate onboarding
- Reliable transportation to North Columbus facility
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory tracking
- Availability for 6-8 hour shifts between 6 AM - 6 PM
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check
- No prior warehouse experience required
