Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain organized, safe storage areas.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Operate scanning equipment to manage shipment documentation and labels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment and workspaces.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills required for inventory and shipping verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Forklift Operator certification is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
