Your Role
You will play a crucial role in our supply chain, ensuring that products are handled efficiently and safely from receiving to shipping. Your attention to detail and physical stamina will be essential to our daily success.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize and stock inventory on shelves and in the warehouse.
- Perform daily quality control checks to ensure accuracy of orders.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in packaging and preparing shipments for delivery.
- Report any damaged goods or equipment immediately to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
