Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Sort, pack, and organize inventory in designated warehouse zones.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Operate scanning equipment to ensure proper inventory tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the El Paso facility.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading dock environment).
- Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen.
