Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records within the warehouse management system.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards before shipment.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and logging data.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as required by business needs.
