Responsibilities
- Process incoming shipments and sort inventory with accuracy
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in compliance with OSHA standards
- Prepare outbound orders for shipment using RF scanners
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
