Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pack, label, and organize inventory with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock integrity.
- Ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and management regarding workflow and priorities.
- Assist in shipping and receiving duties, including verifying documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse equipment.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
