Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages, discrepancies, or quality control issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in strict compliance with safety and OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and warehouse organization.
- Perform general warehouse duties including inventory counting, tagging, and data entry.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure workplace for everyone.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Wichita facility.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
