Responsibilities
- Pack & Ship: Accurately pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment using standard warehouse equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels in the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet company standards before leaving the facility.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A strong work history with a focus on punctuality and attendance.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills for safety and operational instructions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
