Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Sort, organize, and stage merchandise in preparation for distribution.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate data entry into the management system.
- Assist in packaging orders for shipment with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software.
- Valid forklift certification (will train qualified candidates).
