We are currently hiring for immediate openings in our distribution center. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage materials using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately package and label orders to be dispatched to our clients.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing warehouse aisles.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and fellow team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid ID and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to pass a background check.
