Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Package and label goods for shipment or distribution accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Operate scanning equipment and inventory management software efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Physical stamina and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to the Jacksonville facility.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
