Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, inspect, and stage incoming inventory shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with a focus on speed and minimizing errors.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S standards and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Reliable transportation and ability to report to work on time.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
