Responsibilities
- Load and unload: Safely handle freight trucks and verify contents upon arrival and departure.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate stock counts and organize inventory using handheld scanners.
- Packaging: Sort, pack, and label products to ensure they are ready for timely delivery.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Documentation: Valid Driver’s License or State ID is required.
- Reliability: Must have reliable transportation to the Miami facility.
