Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Organize, pack, and ship products in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Perform inventory checks and stock management duties.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety regulations are met.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
