Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper techniques
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with frequent bending/lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored training
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to Minneapolis work sites
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
