Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and inspect incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform quality checks on products before shipping to prevent errors.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and equipment care.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (if applicable to dock operations).
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
