Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently using proper equipment.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Sort, pack, and organize inventory with high attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts, stock rotation, and cycle counts.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all quality control and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
