Responsibilities

- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily shipping targets
- Maintain organized inventory levels in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality control standards
- Participate in daily cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided training
