Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping and delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Conduct quality control inspections on incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, adhering to weight limits and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and productivity goals.
- Perform basic inventory counting and stock organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
