Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship merchandise in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate electric pallet jacks and conveyor systems with proper safety protocols
- Maintain organized inventory counts and assist with cycle counts
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for quality assurance before shipping
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures
- Complete daily paperwork and digital inventory updates
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with valid government-issued photo ID
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Pass drug screening and background check (no felonies)
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Island location
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
