Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing freight shipments with precision and speed.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders to ensure 100% accuracy for our e-commerce clients.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to prevent waste.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Previous warehouse experience or logistics background is a plus but not mandatory.
- Forklift certification (valid) is highly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
