Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming shipments according to quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanners and digital systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Ensure workspace cleanliness and compliance with OSHA regulations
- Document processing activities and report equipment malfunctions
- Adapt to changing priorities during peak shipping seasons
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a climate-controlled environment
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory tasks
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Reliable transportation to San Jose facility
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with proper lifting techniques
