Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders with a focus on 99.9% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) accurately.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
- Assist in physical inventory counts and stock organization as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
