Responsibilities
- Process and sort incoming shipments with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Pick and pack orders for same-day delivery
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic checks
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including weekends as needed
