Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to meet daily performance targets.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect incoming inventory and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and quality control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with speed and precision.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a positive attitude.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
