Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts and reconciling stock discrepancies.
- Package and label orders according to strict safety and shipping standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in the organization of the receiving dock and shipping areas.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for high-potential candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
