Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with 100% accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for delivery using automated systems.
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States immediately.
