Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and stage incoming shipments with accuracy
- Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory and stock rotation
- Conduct quality control checks on products
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to North Raleigh facility
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Availability for flexible shifts (4am-12pm or 12pm-8pm)
