Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with accuracy and speed.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using automated systems and scanners.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety and OSHA regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Identify and report damaged goods or inventory discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Jacksonville facility.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime.
