Responsibilities
- Load/unload freight using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Sort and organize inventory in warehouse zones
- Operate RF scanners for inventory tracking
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Meet daily productivity targets with team support
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
Qualifications
- No experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid government-issued ID for daily pay processing
- Reliable transportation to Tampa industrial areas
