Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and report discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Shipping Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing freight efficiently and safely.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory and shipping.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure order accuracy.
