Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship inventory in temperature-controlled facility
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)Maintain accurate inventory counts using barcode scanners
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and dock operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new equipment
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
