Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders in a climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain inventory records using handheld scanners
- Load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily quotas
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with valid photo ID
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to East Cleveland location
- Willingness to submit to background check
- No prior experience required – full training provided
