Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect merchandise for damage and ensure accurate inventory counts.
- Package and prepare orders for shipping in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure operational efficiency.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors regarding daily goals.
- Perform physical labor including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks/warehouses).
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory purposes.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid ID or Social Security Card required.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects repeatedly without assistance.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
