Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, and social media platforms
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to optimize ROI
- Manage $500K+ digital advertising budgets with quarterly growth targets
- Lead content creation strategies including blog posts, videos, and email newsletters
- Collaborate with UX designers to improve conversion funnels and user journeys
- Present campaign results to C-suite stakeholders using data visualizations
- Maintain compliance with FTC and GDPR regulations in all marketing materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (3+ years experience accepted)
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and HubSpot
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and data visualization tools
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle 10+ concurrent campaigns
