Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and integrating emerging technologies (AI, Automation, Quantum Computing) for 2026 readiness.
- Overhaul legacy operational workflows to ensure seamless scalability through 2026 and beyond.
- Forecast operational trends and risks, providing actionable insights to the C-Suite.
- Drive change management initiatives to prepare the workforce for the evolving landscape of 2026.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure readiness and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in operations management, strategic planning, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to look ahead 3-5 years and translate long-term vision into actionable short-term plans.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of modern tech stacks, cloud infrastructure, and data analytics.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams and driving successful digital transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
