In this pivotal role, you will lead a world-class team in developing scalable, self-learning algorithms for autonomous decision-making systems. You will bridge the gap between theoretical machine learning breakthroughs and real-world deployment in high-stakes environments.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for edge computing.
- Lead the research and implementation of synthetic data generation pipelines to improve model robustness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into our core product ecosystem.
- Establish best practices for model governance, safety, and ethical AI usage.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, AI-native architectures.
- Present technical roadmaps and research findings to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade models handling >10TB of data.
- Strong understanding of Reinforcement Learning and causal inference.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
