What You Will Do
As our Director, you will be responsible for the strategic vision and technical execution of our next-generation AI initiatives. You will work directly with C-level executives to identify opportunities for AI disruption.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 3-5 year technical roadmap for Generative AI and Autonomous Systems.
- Lead a team of elite data scientists and machine learning engineers to prototype and deploy cutting-edge models.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and compliance in a rapidly evolving landscape.
- Collaborate with product management to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric value propositions.
- Drive innovation in neural architecture search and large-scale model training.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a strategic or leadership role.
- Deep technical expertise in Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated history of leading high-performing engineering teams through rapid innovation cycles.
