Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Future of Work strategy, aligning workforce trends with business objectives.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and automation tools to optimize business processes and employee workflows.
- Define and refine hybrid work policies that balance productivity, flexibility, and culture.
- Partner with C-suite executives to identify high-impact digital transformation initiatives.
- Oversee the implementation of advanced HR analytics and workforce planning systems.
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new technologies and work models.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Strategic Consulting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of AI trends, automation, and their implications for the future of work.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing complex organizational change and digital transformation programs.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Masterβs degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
