- Lead cross-functional teams to pioneer breakthrough initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable innovation
- Analyze global megatrends to identify high-impact opportunities and systemic risks
- Develop C-suite presentations that translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Measure and optimize strategic outcomes using advanced analytics and scenario modeling
- Mentor senior leaders in future-focused decision-making methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning with proven success in Fortune 500 or hyper-growth tech environments
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies; PhD or MBA strongly preferred
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, Web3) and their societal implications
- Exceptional track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Experience presenting to boards and investors on long-term vision scenarios
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-oriented initiatives
