Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive strategic roadmap for the '2026 Horizon Initiative,' aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing cross-functional team of strategists, engineers, and product managers.
- Identify emerging market trends and technological disruptions to ensure Apex Horizon remains a market leader through 2026.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to secure buy-in for high-stakes projects and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee the integration of predictive AI models into core business processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the 2026 strategy and drive continuous improvement.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums focused on future systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic leadership, technology management, or product development, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex, large-scale digital transformations or strategic initiatives.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, specifically Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Next-Gen Infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for diverse audiences.
- A relevant Master’s degree (MBA preferred) in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
